Creaky, Aching Joints - a Remedy

This one got an 80 year old woman back on her feet, walking and driving (which she hadn't done in years).

4 ounces of tomato juice
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Mix all the above together, and sip slowly first thing in the morning. Drink this mixture once a day. It takes a few days for this drink to take affect. It has also been known to help rashes and dry skin.
