First thing in the morning, before you put anything else in your stomach, drink one eight ounce glass of pulp free orange juice with one tablespoon extra virgin olive oil mixed into it. Sip it slowly. Lay down on your back for 1/2 hour. Get up and drink no less than 3 glasses of pure water.
